At Kaotiko BCN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Ship Your Items
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
